1. Where is H&H based?
We are proudly based in South Africa and ship both locally and internationally.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Local orders within South Africa usually arrive in 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and courier services.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via debit/credit cards, EFT, and trusted online payment gateways.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hadijahussein196@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
